• Facility Management Outsourcing : Facility Management Outsourcing is an interdisciplinary field primarily devoted to the maintenance and care of factory, commercial or institutional buildings such as Hotels / Resorts, University / Colleges / Schools, Office Complexes, Sports Arenas and Convention Centers.rnrnWe provide the facility services at the premises of the Company and shall keep on providing the services as per the requirement of the Company.Duties may include the care, operation and maintenance of Air Conditioning, Electric Power, Boiler, Air Compressor, Water System, Cooling Tower Chilling Plant, Air Handling System, Warehousing, Transportation, Plumbing and Lighting Systems, Cleaning, Decoration, Grounds Keeping and Warehousing Facilities maintaining.
• Contractual & Temporary Staffing Services Outsourcing : We offer Contractual Solutions that includes contractual and temporary staffing services, contract for manpower, contract for work and temporary and Ad-hoc replacement. The contractual solutions for manpower offered by us include semi skilled labor, skilled labor, staff for administrative help and skilled staff on our agency pay roll. Further the contractual solutions for work offered by us are offered at the client 2019 premises.
• Auditing Services : For our clients, we undertake assignments for conducting Labour Law Statutory Compliance Audit for the corporate like Pre-Audit, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Annual Audit for Principal Employer and for the various Vendors / Contractors available / working under the Principal Employer / premises of the Principal Employer and we provide complete Management Information report to the organization with Percentage of Compliance details, Action Plan, Suggestion for improvement, Corrective measures with recommendations and Amendments including recent notification details with reference to all Labor Enactments.
