The time I worked in Prerana HR proved to be the turning point in my career. Before joining Prerana HR, I was a bit apprehensive about joining consultancy as I had heard that consultancies pressurize a lot to meet targets, have a lot of pressure etc, however Prerana HR was not in that category. It was a great learning experience for me, under the guidance of management. That was my first experience in handling recruitments of corporate giants. Prerana HR focused a lot on our overall development, I would also like to add that though I have worked with a number of companies, even currently I am working with one of the leading PSUs, but the work environment in Prerana HR was the best amongst all! I never felt as if I’m in office. Working with Prerana HR was such fun !
