Drivers and Helpers for all transport vehicles. Warehouse Handling Contract. (Loading, Unloading, Packing, Repacking & Stickering) Manpower to all corporate and industries. Manpower to all types of Hotels and Restaurants. Any contract related with manpower. Security Services for all groups. The supply of man power covers Typist, Stenographer, Office assistant, Computer operators, Messengers, Bearers, House keeper, Pantry boys, Supervisor, Technicians with Diploma or ITI holders, Drivers & Cleaners for light vehicle, heavy commercial vehicles & Hazardous goods vehicle drivers, Skilled & Unskilled workers. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES We will take care of all labour statutory Procedures and we have a labour consultant for our company. If the client company desires, we will provide uniform to our workers. Our Site Head will visit the premises and supervise the worker at least twice a week. We will send reliever in case of absence of our Regular Workers and Ensure Continuity of work. If the client company is not satisfied with work of particular worker we will arrange for a suitable replacement within a week. We can also supply manpower to factories and Godowns. We also supply the cleaning materials. We also pay service tax to the government. RECRUITMENT PROCESS As we strongly believe that quality delivery is only possible with quality manpower, we intend to set a thorough process of our manpower recruitment which flow through as follows: (I) Manpower Database We have created a strong manpower database through the following channels. (a) Having a separate manpower arrangement team. (b) Newspaper Advertisement (c) Media Advertisement (d) Through Area wise sub vendors (e) Through all known sources. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Training and development for our employees will be carried out on a periodical manner to ensure the required knowledge is given to the employees to understand the requirement of the site.
