The Zhejiang Science and Technology Innovation Center is a new scientific and technological innovation platform established under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China and the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts. It is mainly engaged in the introduction of high-end talent, international scientific and technological cooperation, new projects acceleration and publicity services. The main service targets are government departments, scientific research institutes and also scientific and technological companies. At present, it has cooperated with more than 80 scientific research institutions in more than 20 countries, including the Russian Academy of Sciences, the British Association of Engineers, the Italian Technical Committee, the Fraunhofer Research Institute in Germany, the Japanese Institute of Physics and Chemistry and other top institutions. The Center has branches and service centers in Moscow, London, Rome, Aachen and other places in Germany.
The central focus is on Zhejiang Province's industrial requirements and areas of development, such as digital economy, life and health, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials creation, and the financial technology industry. The development of businesses and institutions is continually stimulated by supplying highly skilled people to help with technological projects, to provide market research, decision-making consultation, technical expertise, scientific research and development, government policy advice, analytical guidance, investment and financial advice, training and other services.
