We started our journey five years ago as a research project, to understand the sentiments and emotions of social media users, and this made us contemplate the triggering points of how these sentiments are affected. In this process we came across different psychological theories that helped us understand the actions portrayed on social media. Hence, to develop a computational model in tandem with this, we performed several empirical studies and built an AI behavioural model which now assesses humans in terms of three dimensions - personal, social and negative side.
