Arvind Varuna Associates was established in 2004. Prior to its founding, its principals were in a partnership firm (Ms. Kumar Arvind Varuna), which had been active since 1994. Since then, theyve worked to build their own practice bit-by-bit, day-by-day. Today, AVA is a well-established player, with a mid-sized team of about 30 members.
