Processing bookings by speaking with suppliers,Branches/ Airlines and sending confirmations to clients/customers
Checking queues and updating queues as per the requirement
Undertake all back office related activities such as handling reissues, advanced fares, Invoicing -etc
Enter data into software (GDS - Sabre / Amadeus ) & DSR and maintain client files.
Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer.
