Exterior grade HPL sheets, also known as High Pressure Laminate sheets, are a type of durable and weather-resistant material that are commonly used for exterior cladding, facades, and other architectural applications. These sheets are made by stacking multiple layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, which is then compressed under high pressure and temperature to form a rigid and dense core.
On top of the core, a decorative layer is added, which can be customized with various patterns, textures, and colors to achieve the desired aesthetic effect. Finally, a clear protective layer is applied on top of the decorative layer to enhance the materials durability and resistance to weathering, UV radiation, and other environmental factors.
