Job Summary:
Our fitness apparel company is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who can organize sales and marketing activities, as well as develop an effective sales filing system. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files are available to the sales group. Roles & Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller and revenue generation
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Minimum 2 years experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
1+ years experience telemarketing a plus
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)
Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
