Role & Responsibility: Generation of business from Direct Accounts and achieving sales targets, specialized in Oil, Gas&, Pharmaceutical, Power and Shipping & Marine Industry Identifying new sales leads Knowledge of end to end life cycle of Recruitment and Staffing solutions, Asset Integrity Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Key account management Strong networking across sectors Mapping the prospect clients in NON IT industry and generate the leads Going and meeting F2F with the HR or Operations Managers and generate recruitment and staffing & service business deals Well versed with recruitment and Oil & Gas Service industry life cycle Requirements: Minimum 6 months sales experience in Indian (Domestic) & International recruitment & staffing solution Must have solid existing customers network and willingness to find new customers quickly.
