Reshma Raju is a Counseling Psychologist and Women's Health Coach. Through Positive Psychology, Health Psychology, Nutrition and Mindful Therapy she works with mothers and young women to help them find their inner balance and emotional well being, so that they can manage various life challenges. She uses a holistic approach because she believes that the mind and body are interconnected and one cannot work independently of the other. She conducts workshops on menstrual health awareness, and writes regularly on conscious relationships.
