Maintaining Sales Funnel
- Meeting & acquiring new customers through own networks as well as through leads provided by the company
- Maintaining & managing the leads file and ensuring that customers move up the Sales Funnel
- Ensure timely emails, calls, meetings, followup with customers to give them information about PrintSmart PRO
- Meet prospective customers and identify influencers, users, decision makers, detractors within the company.
Converting & Onboarding Customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely quotes
- Follow up with influencers and decision makers and covert the customers
- Maintain client master data, acquire artworks, provide samples and make customer portals once they go live
- Help onboard customers and hand hold them for the first few orders
Key Account Management, Feedback & References
- Once customer has gone live, try to acquire more business from customer.
- Conduct regular meetings with the customer and solve issues if any.
- Take regular feedback and help in getting testimonials and case studies from the customer
- Take references from the customer to add to the Sales Funnel
- Ensure that we maintain business year on year and add additional business from same customer
