Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
Provide advisory / consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales
Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro o economics on the sector
Weekly updation of Sales Report and daily updating Booking Summary to supervisor
Coordinating with Clients regarding Payments, Legal Documents pending if any.
Coordinating with the Contractors and Site Engineers for the progress of the Projects.
Participating in projects events, launch, ads and exhibitions arranged by the company
