Job Title: No Sales No Target...Service Desk/ Technical Support/ Semi Voice

Salary: 1.2 LPA to 5.5 LPA + Aggressive Incentive
Work Location: Kukatpally, KPHB - Hyderabad
Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (OR) 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Candidate should have,
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different Time Zones
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts (USA PROCESS - NIGHT SHIFT)
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Qualification: Fresher or Experience (Undergraduate or Graduate or PG Etc.,)
