The year 1990 witnessed the rising of NUGEN Machineries Ltd. with a vision to be a leader in manufacturing of Hydraulic Press Brakes, Hydraulic Shears, Special Purpose Hydraulic Presses and other Sheet Metal Working Machinery in India, which was then converted into a closely held limited Company in the year 1994. Nugen Machineries Ltd. was then amalgamated with its group Company Trimans Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in the year1996-97to consolidate its position to set up the state of the art manufacturing plant at Changodar a highly developed industrial zone situated near metro city of AHMEDABAD, in the fastest growing vibrant industrial state Gujarat-India. Trimans Engineers Pvt. Ltd. was pioneer to introduce Hydraulic Press Brake, Hydraulic Shearing Machine, Rear Cylinder Hydraulic Press Brake & Variable Rake Angle in India in the year 1985 without any technical tie-up/foreign collobaoration.
