Customer Service Executive/Officers ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Their aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation they work for. Customer Service Executive/Officers are expected to understand and satisfy their customers\' requirements and exceed their expectations if possible.
Profile : Customer Service Executive
Salary : 8k 17k
Shifts : Night / 24*7 rotational
Location : Thane/ Powai/ Turbhe/ Goregoan / Mira Road/ Airoli .
Candidate Eligibility :
Candidate should possess an excellent communication.
Candidate should be minimum HSC passed with 6 months of Experience or Graduate Freshers
Candidate should be flexible with shift timings.[Night]
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Candidates should be confident and convincing
Job Duties/Responsibilities:-
Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation\'s products or services
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone.
Investigating and solving customers\' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
