1. Vacancies for Relationship Managers, Team Members, Telecallers (freshers and upto 3 years experience), Team Leaders
2. Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business
3. Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them.Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service
4. Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
5. Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM
6. Generate referral leads from existing customers
Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard,Must have studied Maths at least till Class XII; proficient with Mental Maths,Strong command over English,Understanding of loan products would be an advantage,Keen to work
