You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.rnAs Business Development the major focus is to raise fund for social development programs and activities.rnResponsibilities:rn Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionrn Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsrn Arrange business meetings with prospective clientsrn Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectivesrn Raising fund for skill development activities through Business, Industries etcrn Good interpersonal and communication skills requiredrn Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportrn Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersrn Adequate Knowledge of CSRrnrnRequirements:rn Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant rolern Proven sales track recordrn Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Sales force)rn Proficiency in Englishrn Market knowledgern Communication and negotiation skillsrn Ability to build rapportrn Time management and planning skillsrn BSc/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldrn A self-starters who can spot new opportunitiesrn Strong Personality and a good presenter
