Key Deliverables:
-Achieve allotted Used Vehicle Business targets in terms of sales for the location.
-Directing, Monitoring and supervising Account Managers/BDMs based at dealership for sales and collection.
-Regular interaction with customer and visiting new/existing customer for feedback and business development.
-Ensuring all accounts, bills for reimbursement, paper works in relation to Client used vehicle business of dealership are managed smoothly through its team of Account Managers and self.
-Drive dealer Sales team for generating business through various methods and sales promotion activities.
-Regular interactions, trainings, monitoring reviewing and building relationship with dealership team.
-Manage good relationship between customers, Tata Ok / Refurbishment Dealer team & Client Team and Client refurbishment department.
-Maintain healthy working relationship with all stake holders within and outside organization.
-Optimize productivity from subordinates and ensure self productivity
-Manage collection of TMFL finance cases and liaison with dealer for payment of vehicle given to dealer.
-Support dealer team with regular MIS and updates.
