Shekar, and Shivaprakash Deviah established IIFL Samasta Finance Ltd erstwhile Samasta Microfinance, opening their first branches in Tambaram, Chennai, and Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, soon followed by locations in Shampur and Yelahanka, Karnataka.
