Roles & Responsibilities-
o Identifying new sales leads.
o You will be involved in pitching and presenting our services by making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
o Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
o Client acquisition for permanent staffing / Contract Positions
o Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments)
o Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
o Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients,
o Bring new business to the organization,
Key Roles
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales and generating more revenue.
You will need to be proactive and manage your own sales pipeline.
Complete Ownership of assigned accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of final service offering. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
An individual should be ready for meetings with the clients.
Should be attending meetings with the clients as per their requirement to explain our product and services.
NOTE :- Candidates having 1-2 yrs of experience with business development and B2B Sales experience can apply.
