Technical Skills Required - Core PHP, CAKE PHP, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, XML, MySQL, Json, Web Services, In-depth understanding of OOPS and MVC concepts Bonus skills that can fetch you better opportunities and salaries: Knowledge/Experience in development in any of the following verticals of ERP- Manufacturing Construction Healthcare Preference would be given to those who: Are outstanding in logical reasoning and analytical thinking Have a good control on database concepts like Normalization, etc. Have an experience in product/enterprise application development Integration with Tally Angular JS or Node JS Job Details - This is additional for Senior PHP Developer The role is techno-managerial in nature Responsible for the following : Managing multiple project implementations at a time Analysis of requirements from technical point of view i.e to convert functional requirements gathered by the functional consultant into technical logics Creating technical documents for development team(front-end & back-end) based on above (point 2) Database/Data structure analysis & re-engineering based on the requirements given by clients Team management Must have good communication skills Will lead to transformation into front-line application architect/manager with high-end domain knowledge depending on the ability of the person to showcase architectural, team and project management skills.
