We started the company believing that the learning space provided an enormous opportunity to raise and answer fundamental questions. This slowly morphed itself into asking questions about how we can translate this learning to intelligence and help people get better at their work. Questions around how people learn, assimilate and implement learning; and how all those processes can be made more effective. We continue to hold this belief. Enparadigm (N-para-dyme) /npardm/ We decided to call ourselves enParadigm, a moniker for Enabling Paradigm Shifts. We take pride in being triggers that aid clients in driving productivity and enhanced role-fit of their talent.
