1. Experience in AAA server that provides authentication, authorization and accounting, policy control and routing information
2. Understands the software associated with a significant part of the AAA solution software
3. Involved in the DIAMETER or RADIUS protocol stack development
4. Experience in language like JAVA
5. Strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude to learn new things
6. Hands on experience in AAA Integration like RADIUS and Diameter
7. Ability to analyze technical problems around product installation, configuration and testing
8. Experienced with Linux, command line operations, and networking
9. Knowledge of free RADIUS is mandatory
