Where Can I See The Job Wise Applications For My Job Postings?
Go to the ‘Manage Job Listing’ page and select the job for which you have to check the candidates who have applied.
On the right side of the page, click on the ‘Candidates’ option to see the list of all the candidates who have applied for that particular job through PlacementIndia. You can see the status of the candidate application in front of the candidate name. They can be ‘New’ candidates (who have been approved), ‘Declined’ candidates ((who have been declined), and ‘Pending’ candidates (whose status the consultant needs to change).
Select the candidate to view the ‘Candidates Details’. Under the ‘Jobs’ section on the right, you can click on ‘Change Status’ to confirm or decline the candidate for the job posting.
Additionally, you can add comments, send SMS, send email, or check the interview schedule of the particular candidate.
