Where Can I Find The Resume Of The New Applicants
Resumes play a key role in knowing the candidate before personally meeting them for an interview. EasyHire makes it easy for the consultants and employers to find the resume of any applicant.
- Scroll on Candidates to select the ‘New Applicants’ section. You will be redirected to the ‘Manage New Applicants’ page.
- Here, select the applicant for whom you want to download the resume. Once you click on the applicant, you will be redirected to the ‘Candidates Details’ page.
- On this page, you can scroll down to find the ‘TEXT RESUME’ option. Next to the resume, you will find a clickable download button.
- Click on the button to download the text resume of the applicant who has applied for the job for better analysis of the application.
