What Other Functions Can I Perform With My Interview List?
Apart from adding or scheduling interviews and viewing the details of the interviews/candidates selected for the same, ATS EasyHire also allows you to perform a number of other functions with your interviews. These are:
- Once you have reached the ‘My Interviews’ page from the ‘Interviews’ section, you can view the list of all your past and upcoming interviews.
- You can click on the interview for which you want to perform certain functions. You will be redirected to the ‘Interview Details’ page.
- Here, you can click on the ‘Add Candidates’ icon on the top to add more candidates for the particular interview. From the pop-up box, you can filter the candidates and select multiple to be added.
- Next to the ‘Add Candidate’ option, you can view the ‘Edit’ icon that will take you to the ‘Update Interview’ page and allow you to edit the interview details. You can also add and manage the candidates’ list from this page and click on ‘Update’ to update your interview details.
- On the right side of the ‘Interview Details’ page, you can view the list of the candidates that you have selected for the interview.
- Click on the ‘Comment’ icon below any candidate to write any comment in the pop-up box for that candidate for the particular interview.
- By clicking on the ‘Status’ icon below the candidate’s name, you can change the status of the candidate for the particular interview. You can either mark him/her as new, rejected, on hold, offer, hire, or under review from the drop-down menu. You can also add any internal comment for the candidate and click on ‘Submit’ to change the status. An automated email would be sent to the candidates once you have changed their interview status.
- In addition to that, you can also delete the candidate for any particular interview by clicking on the delete option, shown by the ‘trash’ icon. But remember that once you delete the candidate, this action cannot be revoked.
