How Can I Use Email Or SMS Templates While Contacting A Candidate?

SMS and Email templates that you create on PlacementIndia.Com My Folder help in speeding-up your communication with the candidates.

  • Select the candidate whom you want to send your email or SMS template.
  • Click on Email or SMS depending on the mode of communication you want to choose.
  • A pop up will appear on your screen. Choose ‘Send SMS/Email Template'.
  • From the drop-down, select the SMS/Email template that you have created.
  • You can take a preview of the same below after selecting the template and click on ‘Send’ to send the SMS/Email template.
  • You can also choose these SMS or Email templates while sending SMS or Email to the candidates from the ‘Candidate Details’ page.
