- PlacementIndia allows you to search the resumes of different job seekers who are looking for jobs on this portal.
- Scroll the cursor to the ‘Candidates’ category on the top navigation bar.
- From the drop-down menu, click on ‘Search Resume’. You will be redirected to the ‘Search Resume’ page.
- You can search resume using the ‘Keywords’. Add experience, qualification, and location that you require in your candidates.
- After making a search using these keywords, you will be redirected to a page that comprises all the relevant resumes fulfilling these criteria.
- On this page, you can again enter any particular keyword or add new filters based on location, functional area, annual salary, qualification, experience, verification, and gender to modify the search.
- You can also sort the resumes based on the last active date, experience, and salary to view the results accordingly.
- You can send email or SMS to any number of candidates that you find here and even send multiple replies by clicking the checkbox in front of the candidate name.
