- Scroll the cursor to the ‘Jobs’ category on the top navigation bar.
- From the drop-down menu, click on ‘Post New Job’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add Job’ page.
- Enter the Job Title or the Job Designation for which you have to hire
- Next, add the Job Description. Describe the job requirements here, including the key roles, responsibilities, qualification, and other specific requirements for the profile. Add all the necessary information in this box to gain higher visibility for a job posting.
- In the ‘Key Skills’ section, add all the key skills essential for the particular job profile along with the skill desired in the candidates applying for a job. You can also select from the skill suggestion that is offered after typing first few characters of any skill.
- Select the minimum salary and the maximum salary offered per annum for the job from the drop-down menu. You can also hide the salary by ticking on the ‘Hide Salary’ option if you do not want to disclose the salary to the job seekers.
- Select the country for which the job is posted. If the job opening is in India, tick on ‘India’. For job openings in any country other than India, tick on ‘International’.
- In the ‘Location of Job’, add the job location. For job openings in India, enter the search term for the particular area and select the location from the suggestions provided. In case, the job opening is in some other country, add the name of the country in the location box. Type the first few characters of the country and select the country from the suggestions provided.
- From the ‘Job Industry’ drop-down menu, select the industry for which the job opening is made.
- Select the functional area of the job from the drop-down under ‘Functional Area’. This is the area for which the job opening is made.
- Add the education qualification required for the job. Scroll down to find all the job openings under ‘Qualification’. You can use the Ctrl key to select up to 10 qualifications.
- Next, select the ‘Number of Vacancies’ for the particular job posting. Use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the number.
- Enter the minimum and the maximum experience required for the job opening.
- Add gender preferences for the job. Tick ‘All’ if there is no specific gender requirement.
- Select whether you are hiring for your ‘Own Company’ or for some ‘Other Company’.
- In case, the job posted is for ‘Own Company’, select how the job seeker can respond to the opening; whether through email, contact details or walkin. Add mailing address if the response is needed through ‘Email’, contact person details like name and number of you want seeker to contact you through ‘Contact Details’ and the office address if you want the seeker to ‘Walk-in’. You can also add all these contact details by selecting the ‘All’ option.
- For those who are posting the job for ‘Other Company’, they need to fill in the ‘Company Name’ and other details about the company. Select the mode of response the company wants from the job seekers and follow the same procedure as in the case of job posted for own company explained above. This company would be added as an employer in your database.
- In case, they have already added the employer, they can enter first few characters of the company name and select from the suggestions. All the details would be filled in automatically.
- Once you have filled in all the information, recheck it once, and click the ‘Submit’ button to save the new job posting.
