How Can I Add Or Schedule An Interview?
PlacementIndia allows the employers and consultants to add and schedule interviews for their job postings through ATS EasyHire. This system makes it easy to schedule interviews and manage candidate lists for the same.
- Scroll on the ‘Interviews’ category on the top navigation bar.
- From the drop-down, select ‘Add Interview’. You will be redirected to the ‘Add Interview’ page.
- You can choose between ‘Single’ and ‘Batch’ according to the interview you want to schedule. If you want to send a single candidate at a time for the interview, you can select ‘Single’. In case you want to send out a batch of candidates, you can select ‘Batch’. The only difference between ‘Single’ and ‘Batch’ is that in batch you can select the ‘Slot Duration’ for the timing for each candidate. This ‘Slot Duration’ option would be absent if you select ‘Single’.
- From the drop-down in the ‘Select Job’ section, you can select the jobs for which you want to schedule an interview.
- Add the title for the interview title that resonates with the interview process and the job posting.
- In the ‘Interview Type’ section beside the title, you can choose the type of interview you want to schedule for the job opening. From the drop-down, you can select whether you want telephonic, video conference, panel, or group interview for the job posting.
- You can select the date for the interview along with the start time and end time for the same.
- In case, you have selected ‘Batch’ interview, you can select the duration from the drop-down depending on the timing you want to dedicate for each candidate in the batch. For those who have selected
- Once you have selected the date and time for the interview, you need to add the name of the venue where the interview would take place.
- Add the full address of the interview venue in the next box. Make sure to write a detailed address along with landmarks etc., so that the candidate can easily reach the location easily and on time.
- Once you have added all the details for the interviews, start adding suitable candidates for the scheduled interview.
- Click on the ‘+Add Candidate’ button on the right side of the ‘Add Interview’ page. You can add as many candidates as you want from your database for this interview. You can type the name, email-id or contact number of the candidate in the top to find candidates.
- There are various filters like candidate status, jobs, my groups, candidate source, annual salary, experience, gender, and qualification that you can use to filter out the candidates. It allows you to select multiple candidates as well. Simply tick on the front box of the candidate name to select multiple candidates for the scheduled interview.
- Once you have selected the candidate/s, click on the ‘Add Candidate’ button to add those candidates.
- You can add more candidates for the interview by selecting the ‘+Add Candidates’ option on the top left on the page next to the page heading ‘Add Interview’.
- After adding the desired candidates for the particular interview, you can submit all the details to add the interview along with the candidates shortlisted for the same.
- Once you have added the candidate for any particular interview, this would be reflected on the ‘Candidates Details’ page.
