1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients
2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
4) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
5) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
6) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Should be from US recruitment background
Must be a quick thinker
Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, 1099)
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
Shift Timings 7 PM to 4 AM / 6 PM to 3 AM
