Job Description:
Handling a distribution network of the company in the assigned territory.
Managing a distributors sales team.
Managing primary sales in the assigned territory, as per target & also expand the dealers network of the Organization.
Generating MIS / data base on the sales trend, schemes etc.
Organizing and implementing customer awareness programs/product Shows.
Coordinating the after sales service with the customers and the technical services associate.
Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing industrial paints products (Thinner, solvents) / services
Sell a full range of industrial paints products, supplies and services; requires consultative-selling skills
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
Provide account management to an existing territory
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities of Solvents, Wall Paints, Wall Putty, Wood Finishes for existing and new Business in MP/ CG, Delhi - NCR.
1. In-depth understanding of business processes and structured methodologies being practiced in industry requirements.
2. New business generation and locating new business by contacting potential dealers & distributors.
3. Managing complete Marketing and Sales operations with accountability for profitability; forecasting monthly
