Interact with customers by travelling intra-city and explain them about the company offerings
Generate valuable insights by meeting existing customers at different occasion and maintain
quality customer relationship
Develop strong network with RTO agents,Vehicle Insurance Agents, vehicle service centers in
Durg-Bhilai and nearby regions and maintain long-term relationships
Working towards achieving the set goals in a timely manner
Aims towards maximizing customer experience
Qualifications/Experience:
High school / diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience in insurance,automobile industry or sales or both will be an advantage
Key Competencies
Effective verbal communication (Basic English with fluency in Hindi,Chattisgarhi)
A confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
