Job Requirements:
• Graduate + PG with experience in Healthcare/ Pharma industry.
• Experience required: 10 to 12 years Pharma (Pharmaceutical) Sales Industry.
• Atleast one or two year of hands on experience will be must with Dermatology/ Cosmetics Experience.
• Proven work experience as a Zonal Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
• Coordinates with marketing for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication negotiations and presentation skills
• Strong market knowledge and P&L understanding
• Ability to connect, network, and influence key customers/ stakeholders
• Sound understanding of legal drafting (prepare & sign contracts)
• Capability to serve as primary liaison with partners
• Analytical and Self-driven
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
