Job Brief: Role is to have new acquisition of facilities and making them live, train, and complete marketing activities Increase GHV, business growth, and generate high revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, performance and growth through strategy, insights and cross-functional activities
• Setup business in new areas including– Infrastructure setup, new team hiring, tie-up with different stakeholder, operation setup, marketing campaign with limited budget
• Onboarding, Managing and expanding network of premium facilities – Doctors, Hospitals and pathologies etc and keep them live
• Managing partnerships and building relations for better business outcomes
• Training of team in facility management and soft skills
• Timely planning of monthly activity calendar like healthcare camps, trainings, route plans, etc and ensure its successful execution
• Communicate schemes and offers to the area managers and ensures their implementation
• Ensure successful launch of new product
• Ensure SOP adherence and suggest any amendments
• Collating and reporting competition field activities
• Suggest new business opportunities during monthly leadership meetings
• Implementation and quality check of branding & merchandise at village level
