This role is primarily responsible for the growth plans of the Company in allocated Zone .
- Work with the National Head in developing and implementing the business strategy for the zone ensuring successful alignment with the overall strategy.
- Responsible for end to end revenue from the region.
- Creating sales strategy & growth plan to increase productivity.
- Cost analysis and cost allocations
- Manages the growth and development of revenue (through growth and acquisition) and ensure it is in line with vision and operating plans.
- Responsible for business growth, and working as profit centre head.
- Responsible for overall target, reviewing the performance.
- Responsible for end to end revenue from the region. New Business Development. Retention & Growth.
- Provides direction to the ZMs and Account Managers.
- Coordinating with Product & Pricing committee for new product launches & implementing new plans.
- Responsible for sales promotions.
- Preparing Sales & Marketing forecast, allocating yearly, quarterly & monthly targets for the
entire team
- Ensures that service quality standards are adhered to.
- Formulates budgets for the various business units and conducts periodic reviews to monitor performance.
- Focuses on people development and deployment of efficient processes..
- Contributes and enhances the brand image and inculcates service and sales culture across regions and clusters

- Revenue Achievement (Growth & New Acquisition) - Efficiency of Revenue Delivery - Financial Health of Business and Zone Managed.
