Looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation & Customization Consultant who has demonstrated both technical skills relating to the tasks mentioned below.

Provide the technical implementation skills necessary to successfully deliver a customized solution.

Understand the business processes, requirements.

Develop custom Zoho workflows, custom functions (Deluge) & API development (Zapier & Zoho Flow)

Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes in Zoho

Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes

Set up access and control of users.

Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns through Support Tools.

Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates

Requirements

Minimum required experience 3-6 yrs

Experience (must have) in the customization of Zoho modules including CRM Plus, Projects, Campaigns Desk, SalesIQ, Analytics, Social, Forms.

Experience in software development using Zoho Creator (Deluge)

Experience with Zoho Flow (API Tool)

Experience in integrations
