Looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation & Customization Consultant who has demonstrated both technical skills relating to the tasks mentioned below.

• Provide the technical implementation skills necessary to successfully deliver a customized solution.

• Understand the business processes, requirements.

• Develop custom Zoho workflows, custom functions (Deluge) & API development (Zapier & Zoho Flow)

• Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes in Zoho

• Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes

• Set up access and control of users.

• Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns through Support Tools.

• Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates

Requirements

• Minimum required experience 3-6 yrs

• Experience (must have) in the customization of Zoho modules including CRM Plus, Projects, Campaigns Desk, SalesIQ, Analytics, Social, Forms.

• Experience in software development using Zoho Creator (Deluge)

• Experience with Zoho Flow (API Tool)

• Experience in integrations
