Job Description
7-15 years of IT experience with 3 years or more of relevant Fusion experience in Workforce Compensation Module
At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands on experience in Workforce Compensation along with another module like Global HR and Payroll
Should have experience in client-facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Onsite teams
Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing, Gap Analysis and Configuration on the module
Should have experience in configuring various workforce compensation plans and individual compensation plans
Capable of understand the business, industry and suggest appropriate compensation plans and models
Well versed in compensation revision processes
Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
Responsibilities
Leading implementation of Compensation Module
Gathering, Recording & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and needed documentation
Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops
Identify business requirements and map them to the Cloud functionality
Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
Understand business requirement and create functional specifications for fast formulas, reports, integrations and workflows
Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Configure compensation plans to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
Configure compensation statements to communicate compensation rewards
Perform validation, functional testing and end to end system integration testing
Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts
Support clients with the execution of test scripts
Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to Production
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverable
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
