Duties/Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for development to deployment of new integrations and supporting existing integrations in Guardian ecosystem. The person should be able to understand how all the systems are linked in Guardian and should be able to suggest/improve best practices wherever and whenever possible.
Experience/Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering equivalent with 3-5 years of Workday Integrations development and/or support experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Workday Studio Integration.
• Must have strong knowledge on Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder, Document Transformation, XML/ XSLT, PICOF, and Workday Studio custom integrations.
• Experience with Cloud Connect for Benefits, Payroll Effective Change Interface, and BIRT would be preferred.
• Should have basic knowledge of Business Process, Integration System Security Group, and Integration System User.
• Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
• Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML).
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Java or any open-source language will be preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
