Analyze the user requirements and define the website objectives.
Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines.
Communicating effectively with clients and teams.
Updating records and writing reports.
Manage and update the documentation to support users.
Debugging websites and ensuring software documentation is updated.
Establishing strong professional relationships with clients and other professionals.
Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly.
Collaborate with the team of developers, and set timelines for the project.
Assign tasks to the team members.
Write the code for various applications of a website, if required.
Design website layouts in the specified programming language.
Work with designers to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Monitor the work of junior developers and train them.
Support the Junior web developers and guide them as required.
Evaluate the performance of the team and suggest improvements for their growth.
