Job Description: WordPress Developer Intern (3-month Internship)
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented WordPress Developer Intern to join our team. This is a 3-month internship position where you will work alongside our experienced freelancer. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and the intern will receive a stipend based on their performance during the internship. In return, the intern will gain valuable hands-on experience, an experience certificate upon completion, and the opportunity to list the projects they worked on in their resume.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our freelancer to develop and customize WordPress websites according to client requirements.
Assist in building responsive and visually appealing websites using WordPress themes and plugins.
Implement custom functionality and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure website performance and functionality.
Support the development and maintenance of existing WordPress websites.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative web solutions.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Familiarity with WordPress CMS and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.
Experience with responsive web design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
