Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, and 2022).
Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates on Windows Servers.
Monitor server performance and resolve issues with server performance, backups, and security.
Manage Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
Hands on experience in IIS, Plesk, DNS, SQL and domain services.
Configure and manage Hyper-V virtual environments, including virtual machines (VMs), networks, and storage.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for technical issues related to Windows Server, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
Respond to incidents, requests, and perform root cause analysis on system failures.
Utilize monitoring tools to oversee server performance, network traffic, and system health.
Design and implement backup strategies, including Azure Backup and NAS storages.
Implement and maintain security best practices for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1 to 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration, Azure cloud management, and Hyper-V virtualization.
Hands-on experience with Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) in a production environment.
Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other Windows services.
Strong understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and Storage Accounts.
Knowledge of PowerShell and BAT scripting for automation.
Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and security protocols.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or Azure Solutions Architect.
Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments [Azure & Hyper-V].
Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
