• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, and 2022).
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates on Windows Servers.
• Monitor server performance and resolve issues with server performance, backups, and security.
• Manage Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
• Hands on experience in IIS, Plesk, DNS, SQL and domain services.
• Configure and manage Hyper-V virtual environments, including virtual machines (VMs), networks, and storage.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for technical issues related to Windows Server, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
• Respond to incidents, requests, and perform root cause analysis on system failures.
• Utilize monitoring tools to oversee server performance, network traffic, and system health.
• Design and implement backup strategies, including Azure Backup and NAS storages.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration, Azure cloud management, and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other Windows services.
• Strong understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and Storage Accounts.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and BAT scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments [Azure & Hyper-V].
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
