-Convert sketches to patterns and guide the tailor to stitch and complete the garment. Garments like: shirts, trousers, tops, jackets, corsets. Pattern making of blazers is a plus point.

-Cross-check pieces at every stage - take responsibility of garment completion.

-Grading of patterns from XS to XXL.

-Organizing patterns.

- Should also know how to stitch in case required.

-Punctual and must be willing to work overtime when needed.

-Work as per the given schedule.

-Communicate well with the designer.
