1. Develop and implement welding procedures WPS, PQR ,Welder qualification, techniques, and protocols

2. Conduct inspections and quality checks on welding operations.

3. Provide technical guidance and support to welding personnel.

4. Troubleshoot welding issues and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in an Aerospace manufacturing or heavy industry environment.

Familiarity with ASME, AWS, and ISO standards.

Project management experience.

Knowledge of advanced welding techniques (., robotic welding, laser welding, EBW).
