DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

01. Doing all the kinds of welding work.

02. Reporting to the immediate supervisor regarding all work.

03. Doing all other work with regard to the fire safety systems installation & maintenance in coordination with the supervisor.

04. Attend to any assigned site at which there are any ongoing project activities.

05. Assisting the team of co-workers while at work.

06. Any other relevant work assigned by the department head.

QUALIFICATIONS

01. At least 2 years’ experience in welding.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

01. Knowledge of basic skills in welding.

02. Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

03. Ability to perform duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.

04. Ability to learn, interpret and apply ordinances and resolutions.

05. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers and the general public and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.

06. Communicate clearly in verbal and written form in English.

07. Common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form, involving several concrete variables from standardized situations.
