The website developer will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of our company's web pages. You will be working with a team of web designers and developers to create a website that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop the company's website

2. Follow best practices to ensure the site is accessible to everyone and meets WCAG accessibility standards

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met

4. Establish best practices for the development team to follow

5. Track analytics and make recommendations based on findings to improve user experience

6. Troubleshoot bugs as they arise

7. Maintain current code base and provide updates as needed

8. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other design/development meetings

9. Participate in a daily standup with other developers

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WorkPress and Jhoomla (or similar tools)

• Understanding of cross browser compatibility issues
