Position Overview:

Starway Web Digital is seeking a seasoned Senior Website Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our client relations department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in website development, project management, and client communication to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering business growth.

In this role, you will directly engage with clients to understand their unique needs, communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams, and contribute to the overall success of our company by providing top-tier consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they do not turn to competitors.

Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and providing solutions that add value.

Solution Development:

Gain a deep understanding of each clients requirements, and propose relevant website solutions and services that align with their goals.

Identify opportunities for expanding relationships by continuously offering solutions that contribute to clients business success.

Project Coordination & Delivery:

Act as a communication bridge between the client and the project management team, ensuring timely delivery of website services and solutions.

Oversee the seamless execution of projects to ensure they meet client expectations in terms of scope, quality, and timeline.

Problem Resolution:

Address any client issues, concerns, or complaints in a timely manner,
