We are hiring a Web Consultant/ Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and cold calling for a B2B Website Process in International Market . You will be responsible for new business development (Acquiring new business )and maintain relationship with new and existing clients.

You would be dealing in Web/Mobile App and Digital Marketing Domain.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Basic Knowledge in Web/ Digital Marketing.

Prior experience in Web process in International BPO

Knowing our Products/Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Generating leads

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Cold Calling, Emails

Making Proposals, Negotiate and close the deal.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, deliverable.

Communicating and coordinating with Operations Department as necessary.

Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
