Level 1 IT Support,Web Developer & Marketing Support

We're looking to employ a keen, motivated and personable candidate with an interest in IT, websites and marketing and a strong desire to learn, grow and build on existing skills.

This broad role includes exposure to hardware, software, networking, user support, website development and maintenance, SEO and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot/fix Windows Based desktop and software issues and escalate as required;

• Configuration, setup and installation of client computers and network/online services;

• Support other members of our IT Services Team through assisting with support requests and proactively sharing best practices;

• Improve, enhance and develop our websites, keep them up to date using the latest techniques and technologies, and engage with our clients and website visitors;

• Write and proof-read articles/copy and advertisements for our websites, with SOE always being front of mind;

• Design annual reports and other printed documents;

• Send newsletters to our stakeholders, upload them to our websites and post them on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.; and

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of these communications using tools such as Google Analytics;

Skills and Experience - Essential:

• Passion for Website design and maintenance;

• Understanding of the principals of SOE, and how to apply them.

Skills and Experience - Desirable:

• A working knowledge of mixed server and client platform environments;

• Imaging and device deployment experience;

• Excellent Hands-Off experience of Microsoft Office and Visio applications;

• Knowledge of:

• HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, JQuery

• TCP/IP / DHCP / DNS / VPN and MS Windows IT skills.
